PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine powder collector by which fine powder having tackiness can be collected to such an extent that it is unnecessary that dust collector is used in the poststage by surely separating the fine powder having tackiness contained in wet gas such as steam. SOLUTION: In the lower part of a hollow, conic cyclone 18 having the apex above, in the almost horizontal direction and in the tangential direction of the inner wall of the cyclone 18, a gas introducing port 12 for feeding gas wherein fine powder coexists into the cyclone is arranged. Near the apex of the cyclone, a discharge port 14 for sending gas from in the cyclone is arranged. Below the cyclone, a collecting chamber 20 for storing fine powder falling from the cyclone is provided. By swirling and raising the gas wherein fine powder coexists fed from the gas introducing port 12 along the inner wall of the cyclone, the fine powder and the gas are separated, and the separated gas is sent from the discharge port 14 and the separated fine powder is stored in the collecting chamber 20.
