<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To designate workers in an arbitrary work step and to define the role by allocating the workers based on history information obtained by preserving a work result before the work step for every work step. SOLUTION: A distribution measure detection device 402 monitors respective work steps on a business process, and starts a work result preservation device 403 and then a distribution destination deciding device 404 in the step where work terminates. The work result preservation device 403 preserves work execution people for every work step for respective works in a storage device 411. The distribution destination deciding device 404 decides a distribution destination on a measure transferred from the distribution measure detection device 402. A measure distribution execution device 405 displays a content showing the work indication of the measure on a display unit 412 against the worker. Thus, the arbitrary worker is allocated irrespectively of the setting of role with respect to the work step on the business process.</p> |
