PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drip-proof cover for a field transmitter capable of drip- proofing at a low cost, requiring a small space, and easy in extension. SOLUTION: The drip-proof cover for field transmitter protects a field transmitter from rain water, etc., which is provided with a center body to detect physical quantities such as pressure, by introducing a fluid from the inside of a plant piping and a terminal box with an electric conduit connecting opening installed to the sensor body for converting the physical quantity into electric signals and transmitting them via a cable. The drip-proof cover is provided with a main body cover part 11 semi-cylindrically formed so as to cover the overall terminal box with one face in which an opening part 15 to be inserted between the center body and the terminal box is formed and in which an engaging part 17 to be engaged with the center body is formed and a connecting opening cover part 13 integrally extended from the main body cover part 11 for covering a cable part to be connected to the electric conduit connecting opening.
