PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem of the shortage of lubricating oil in a compressor, realize the use of lubricating oil low in mutual solubility with a refrigerant and decrease the amount of the refrigerant sealed in a refrigerating cycle, by effectively recovering the lubricating oil discharged in the refrigerating cycle and returning it to the compressor. SOLUTION: In a refrigerating cycle in which a compressor 1, a condenser 2, a throttle device 3 and an evaporator 4 are respectively connected in an annular shape through a piping, an HC refrigerant is used as a refrigerant. As lubricating by oil in the compressor 1, lubricating oil which is not soluble in or low in mutual solubility with the HC refrigerant is employed A trap part 10 is provided in the piping of the refligerating cycle. In the trap part 10, an oil return pipe 11 connected to the inlet side piping of the compressor 1 or the compressor 1 is provided.
