PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple system ventilator for a residence. SOLUTION: A residence 10 has living spaces 1 and 2, an attic space 5 provided in the upper part of the living spaces 1 and 2, and an underfloor space 8 provided in the lower part of the living spaces 1 and 2. Air is supplied to the living spaces 1 and 2 from outside the residence 10. The supplied air is fed to the attic space 5 and then supplied to the living spaces 1 and 2. The supplied air is fed to the underfllow space 8 from the living spaces 1 and 2 and then exhausted outside the residence 10.
