PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating cooker in which a weight detection section of an article to be heated is reduced and an internal volume of a heating chamber is correspondingly increased, and a weight sensor is prevented from being damaged owing to any shock. SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes a heating chamber 2, a placement bench 3, rotary means 4, a rotary shaft 5, a weight sensor 6, load transmission means 8, a supporter 7, and first arithmetic operation means 9. Hereby, since the weight sensor 6 is not disposed just under the rotary shaft 5, the height of the weight detection section is reduced, and an internal volume of the heating chamber 2 is correspondingly increased. Further, since any load is not applied directly to the weight sensor 6, the weight sensor 6 is prevented from being damaged even when any shock is applied to the placement bench 3.
