PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt of a rodless cylinder capable of smoothly engaging/disengaging an elastic protrusion piece of the seat belt and a hooking protrusion piece, reducing a sliding resistance between the seat belt and a piston and the like, and being easily manufactured. SOLUTION: A seat belt 11 is composed of a base body 36 and a pair of elastic protrusion pieces 37 projecting form the both ends in a width direction of the base body 36. The bottom surface of the base body 36 slidably contacted with a piston and the like is formed with a hard material H, and other parts of the base body 36 including the elastic protrusion piece 37 are formed with a soft material S. Both of the hard material H and the soft material S are made from a nylon resin, and differ each other only in their hardness. The seat belt 11 is obtained by integrally molding of these materials having a difference only in their hardness by means of simultaneous extrusion or simultaneous extraction.
