The invention concerns a complex formed by a glass fibre grid (3) combined with at least a polyester type film (2), which is particularly adapted for depositing on wet or moist surfaces such as pavements or roofs to be asphalted. The film (2) is placed beneath the grid (3). The asphalt is (4) poured on the complex. The resulting complex structure has a function which combines pressure distribution with prevention of the surface moisture from rising, which would cause blister formation.
