PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a position data storage method for easily creating an address book. SOLUTION: A position data storage method used especially navigation and/or a road information service system allows a current position to be detected due to the assistance of a position discovery system, a title to be allocated at the current position, allows the current position to be allocated along with the title for selecting the stored current position due to the assistance of the related title.
