PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uneven washing by easily spreading a liquid detergent over the whole wash by a water supply process by controlling so that water supply is temporarily stopped at a prescribed water level lower than a preset water level in the middle of supplying water up to the preset water level and a spinning tube is intermittently revolvingly driven. SOLUTION: In supplying water in a tub 2 by actuating a water supply valve 10 after inputting a wash and a detergent to the tub 2, when supplying water up to a prescribed water level S1 lower than a preset water level S2, actuation of the water supply value 10 is temporarily stopped. Next, the tub 2 is intermittently rotated at a low rotating speed in a prescribed liquid detergent permeating process. A liquid detergent is sufficiently permeated from below the wash while expelling air contained in clearance between the wash by repeatedly performing the action that the central part of the water surface in the tub 2 descends and the outer peripheral part ascends by increasing a rotating speed of the tub 2 and the water surface returns to the former state when stopping rotation of the tub 2.
