PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the rising operation from a low position of a person to be helped with the difficulty of rising by himself/herself and to cancel a chill felt accompanying the movement of the body part of the person to be helped. SOLUTION: By a driving mechanism 2, a supporting mechanism 1 is moved between a horizontal position for supporting the person to be helped in a lying state near a floor surface and a rising position for supporting him/her in a rising state capable of walking. Also, by fixing warm heaters 17 and 18 to a back part 11 and a seat part 12 and keeping the temperature fixed, the chill felt by the person to be helped by the change of heat insulation power accompanying the movement of the body position of a sitting or rising state or the like is prevented.
