PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly perform the elevating and lowering operations of a tableware rack. SOLUTION: An opening part 3 freely openable and closable by a door 4 is provided on the front surface of an equipment body 1 provided with a washing chamber 2. Also, in the inside of the washing chamber 2, an elevating/ lowering means 9 for elevating and lowering the tableware rack 7 in a circular arcuate shape with a turning shaft member 13 as a fulcrum, a locking means 14 for restraining the elevated state of the tableware rack 7 and a release means 18 for releasing the locking means 14 are provided. Thus, since the tableware rack 7 is elevated and lowered directly in the circular arcuate shape inside the washing chamber 2 and between elevated and locked positions, there are the effects that excessive operation is not required and the elevating and lowering operations are easily and quickly performed. Also, since it is elevated and lowered directly in the circular arcuate shape, there is the effect that plural rollers for movement required as before can be abolished.
