PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a roof quality by constituting a roofed building unit of a building structure by joining a column, a floor beam and ceiling beam and a roof structure by installing a roof material on a roof frame, and joining/ unitizing the roof structure to/in the upper end part of the column of the building structure. SOLUTION: A building structure 11 is composed of a building frame by joining a column 12, a floor beam and a ceiling beam 14 in an almost box shape. A roof structure 21 has a roof frame 23 joined with a roof beam 22, a roof material 24 is arranged on the roof frame 23, and a draining sheet 25 is arranged on the periphery of the joining part with the building structure 11. This roof structure 21 is joined to and unitized in the building structure 11 in a production stage in a factory. A roofed building unit is hung up at the actual place by installing a hanging-up bolt in the building bolt installing part 27 arranged in the roof frame 23 of the roof structure 21 to be installed in a building. Thus, execution work time at the actual place is shortened, workability is improved, and a roof quality can be improved.
