PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground working machine-lifting and lowering structure in a no-till transplanter capable of vertically moving a ground working machine stably along guides placed on the planting apparatus between the rear wheels and a planting apparatus of a mobile machine body. SOLUTION: This transplanter supports, in a vertically movable state, a transplanting apparatus 6 for seedlings of plural rows by means of a lifting and lowering mechanism 3 at a rear part of a mobile machine body 1, which has front wheels 1a and rear wheels 1b. The ground working machine 5 is mounted in a vertically adjustable state along guides 75 placed on the transplanting apparatus 6. Preferably, the guides 75 are placed in a backward tilted state, and the ground working machine 5 is moved vertically.
