PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, transporting ice water slurry as heating medium fluid, at a low cost. SOLUTION: This system is constituted in such a manner that ice water slurry transported from an ice water slurry manufacturing plant 1 through a transport piping is separated in cold heat utilizing places 2a-2n into ice water and water by ice water-water separating devices 4a-4n, only water is guided to heat-exchangers 3a-3n and served for utilization of a cold heat, and water flowing through the heat-exchangers is confluent with ice water and returned to an ice water slurry manufacturing plant through a transport route.
