PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an applicable range of a container to be heated by making use of advantages in which cleaning of adhered contamination of spilt cooked articles is facilitated, heating control for a container to be heated and cooking by heating with weak power are achieved with an electric heating section, high power heating is achieved with a gas heating section, and further heating control in response to a container to be heated is achieved with temperature detected by a thermsitor type temperature sensor. SOLUTION: There are provided a heat insulating glass plate 3 that forms a heating top surface having an opening section 2, a gas heating section 8 where an inward flame burner 6 is adapted to face the opening section 2, and an electrical heating section 9 for controlling by heating the container 1 to be heated and including therein a heater and two thermistor type temperature sensors on the other lower surface of the heat insulating glass plate 3. As a result, problems of single gas and an electrical heating cookers are solved with a composite heating cooker.
