PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flying-out to the outside of housed articles at the time of an earthquake by inserting a dead bolt to a easing installed to the internal surface of an opening edge section in a freely projecting-retreating manner and fixing a bracket obstructing the opening of a wing by engagement with the dead bolt onto the internal surface of the wing. SOLUTION: A easing 15 is mounted on the internal surface 8A of the opening edge section of a box body 3, in which the wing 5 is attached pivotally to an opening section 4, and a dead bolt 16 inserted into the easing 15 in a freely projecting-retreating manner is urged upwards at all times by a coil spring 17. A holding member 18 holds the dead bolt 16 in the easing 15 against the urging force, and is placed at an unlock position A released from a bracket 40 fixed onto the internal surface 5A of the wing 5. An auto-lock means 19 works inertial force with excess quakes generated in the box body 3 to the holding member 18 the holding member 18 is released from the dead bolt 16, the dead bolt 16 is engaged with the bracket 40, and the opening of the wing 5 is hindered.
