PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of shift control which preventing malfunction such as overshoot. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a continuously variable transmission 10 for continuously changing a gear ratio by providing a shifting mechanism controlled via an oil pressure control mechanism driven by a step motor 4, and a front end compensator 80 having the transfer function of a feedback loop, for driving a step motor 4 so that an actual gear ratio can conform to a target gear ratio in accordance with an operation condition, conforming or approximating to a given norm model. |
