PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture at a low cost, to prevent occurrence of Ag migration, and thereby to prevent occurrence of short-circuiting between wires. SOLUTION: Upper electrodes 2a and lower electrodes 2b are selectively formed on one surface of each of an upper film 1 and a lower film 6, respectively, and upper wires 7a and lower wires 7b are formed between the upper electrodes 2a and between the lower electrodes 2b, respectively, for connecting the electrodes with each other. The electrodes 2a, 2b and the wires 7a, 7b are formed by selectively printing the films 1, 6 with an Ag paste obtained by mixing Ag particles with a binder having a glass transition point >=35 deg.C.
