摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and reduce wiring to disperse the function and the degree of danger by a method wherein a control device, in which a refrigeration control circuit, an auxiliary machine control circuit, effecting the control of auxiliary machines as well as the monitoring control of gauges at site, and an inputting and outputting device, transmitting the condition of a plant as well as a process signal to a central monitoring device, are connected, is installed for every refrigerating machines. SOLUTION: In a cold heat plant, an individual controller 20 is arranged so as to be corresponding to every refrigerating machines 1. The individual control circuit 20 is provided integrally with a refrigerating machine control circuit 7, an auxiliary machine control circuit 8 including the control of gauges at site, and an input and output circuit 11. Among these circuits, the refrigerating machine control circuit 7 receives and transmits the information of the auxiliary machine control circuit 8 and receives and transmits signals for the input and output circuit 11 through paths. On the other hand, the auxiliary machine control circuit 8 monitors and controls a temperature sensor 6 and the gauges at site, such as a flow meter or the like, and controls the auxiliary machines such as a cold water pump 3 or the like, while the input and output circuit 11 transmits and receives a process signal and the information as well as the signal are transmitted or received directly between the auxiliary machine control circuit 8 and the input and output circuit 11.
