PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce risk of chattering, hunting, clogging with foreign matter, etc. SOLUTION: An automatic regulating valve apparatus to make throttling control of a flow passage upon sensing a condition change of fluid includes a first automatic regulating valve device V and a second automatic regulating valve device V' which are installed parallel in the passage, and the acting force in closing direction of the first valve device V is set greater than that of the second valve device V' so that the first valve device V is closed in priority to the second valve device V' when the rate of flow lessens. The apparatus may be such that both the first V and second valve devices V' are equipped with a constant pressure control function to keep the downstream pressure constant, a constant flow control function to keep the rate of flow in downstream constant, or a liquid level control function to keep the downstream liquid level constant, or may include a pilot valve device to make a drive for opening and closing.
