PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen panel used to partition interior space of an office or the like, lightweight, easy to assemble/disassemble, compactly storable and producing texture close to a panel face when used. SOLUTION: A screen panel 1 is provided with a pair of opposed frame members 2, 2; a pair of sash bars 31, 32 removably held between one ends and the other ends of the frame members 2, 2; and a flexible face member 4 with both ends held to the sash bars 31, 32. In this case, tension adjusting mechanism 6 is provided to adjust the tensed degree of the face member 4 in the opposing direction of the sash bars 31, 32.
