PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a terminal which operates a common file to quickly let a terminal of a next processor of completion information of a previous work and to enables a group work little in processing stop by setting terminal information of the previous work and the next work in the common file in the job in which a non-routine job and a processing process are short. SOLUTION: When all terminals linked to a network 141 perform operation with a common file 111, the terminals obtain a name for a previous work terminal of the common file 111, compare it with a name of their own terminals which operate, obtain a name a terminal (a previous work completion information request terminal 131) on a side which requests when they coincide, and distribute a message that the operation is performed with the terminal name on the side which requests based on the terminal name. |
