PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the forming of an air environment always comfortable to a human body, by a method wherein the physical and mental change of a human body in a low oxygen concentration environment, in which a subjective symptom is not accompanied, is detected in air at one atmospheric pressure to improve the low oxygen concentration environment. SOLUTION: The inside of a predetermined area 1 consisting of a sealed room is retained in the air pressure of one atmospheric pressure substantially. A pressure sensor 2 detecting whether the oxygen concentration in the predetermined area 1 is a reference oxygen concentration (the degree of 20.93%) or not or whether the same is a low oxygen concentration (the degree of 17.25%) which is lower than the reference oxygen concentration or a predetermined concentration, for example, or not, is provided. The detecting pressure of the pressure sensor 2 is inputted into a controller 4 provided in the main body 3 of the device. An oxygen supplying means 5 for supplying oxygen into the predetermined area 1 by a command from the controller 4 is provided. When the oxygen concentration in the predetermined area 1, which is detected by the pressure sensor 2, is lowered to a low oxygen concentration, lower than a predetermined concentration, a command to recover the same to the reference oxygen concentration is outputted from the controller 4 into the supplying means 5. |
