PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid for forming an electrodeposition film for transfer capable of providing a pattern with a high accuracy improved in transferability, heat resistance, insulating properties and reliability. SOLUTION: This liquid for forming an electrodeposition film for transfer comprises an aqueous dispersion composed of particles containing (A) a polycarbodiimide and/or a modified polycarbodiimide having a repeating unit represented by the formula N=C=N-R1 (R1 denotes a bivalent organic group) and (B) a water-soluble polymer in the same particles and having 0.03-5μm average particle diameter. In this case, the glass transition point of the electrodeposition film formed of the liquid for forming the electrodeposition film for the transfer is 100-200 deg.C and the contact bonding transfer temperature is 100-300 deg.C.
