PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact simplified footing cleaner of a low device cost. SOLUTION: A pair of cleaning bodies 17 having a number of cleaning members 15 on a rotation shaft are disposed at an upper and a lower positions to keep an interval for a subject body to pass, and length of the cleaning body 17 is set to be roughly half or more of a width of a footing frame B of the maximum width to clean, and shorter than a width of the footing frame B of the maximum width. As the footing frame B of the maximum width passes the cleaning body 17, attached matter on one side of the footing frame B is scraped off. One of the upper and the lower cleaning bodies 17 is composed to be freely elevated to change the interval between the upper and the lower cleaning bodies 17, thereby both the footing frame B and a footing plate can be cleaned.
