PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean dust in a snow-melting chamber charged together with snow easily while surely preventing the intrusion of sand to the pipe line of heated water, and to design the sprinkling opening of a nozzle in smaller size. SOLUTION: A furnace body 30 is molded in the appearance shape of approximately a rectangular parallelopiped, and plates are arranged at the upper edge of the outer circumference of the furnace body 30 and a snow-thawing chamber 31 separated from a lower space 41 is formed while an intake 61 for supplying the lower space 41 with thawed-snow water generated in the snow-melting chamber 31 is formed to the plate on the burner chamber side. A drainage space 20 is formed adjacent to a pump chamber 10, a drainage opening 21 is shaped at a place higher than the top face of the furnace body 30 with a specified height to a wall surface on the snow-melting chamber 31 side partitioning the drainage space 20, the base of the furnace body 30 is supported by a plurality of traps 40 with a specified height in the lower space 41, the trap materials 40 are disposed in the direction approximately crossed at right angles with the longitudinal direction of the furnace body 30, and the adjacent trap materials 40 are constituted so as to alternately have openings among the trap materials 40 and the side wall of the lower space 41.
