PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance by preventing adhesion and deposition on a waste-material charging chute of waste materials. SOLUTION: A heat-insulating material 12 is provided around the outer circumferential section of a waste-material charging chute 11 disposed at one end section of a drum 2, and the heating of the waste-material charging chute 11 by hot air is inhibited extremely. Since the vicinity of the front end section of the waste-material charging chute 11 inserted into the drum 2 has negative static pressure, the outside air is sucked and flowed in the chute 11, the inwall of the chute 11 is cooled, and the temperature rise of the chute can be suppressed by the synergetic effect of the cooling of the inwall and the heat- insulating material 12, and waste materials passed in the chute are not so heated up as to obtain adhesion and the waste materials are not attached to the inwall of the chute.
