PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorative material prominent in the surface properties such as resistance to scratch and the like, and the adhesive property of a transfer layer. SOLUTION: A transfer sheet S, having a transparent ionized radiation curing resin layer 3, solid state and uncured at a normal temperature, and a pattern layer 4 in this sequence as a transfer layer 2, is laminated on a substrate sheet 1, having mold release characteristics, through a liquid state adhesive agent 5 consisting of an uncured ionized radiation curing resin having liquid state at a normal temperature, and, thereafter, ionized radiation is irradiated to cure the ionized radiation curing resin layer and the adhesive agent, then, only the substrate sheet 1 is separated to remove the same.
