PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sub cooling system capacitor which can be miniaturized and besides which can raise cooling performance and cooling efficiency while preventing the increase of a refrigerant used and the enlargement of a sub cool part. SOLUTION: The top end of a condenser 70 in a heat exchanger 60 which has a condenser 70 above and a sub cool part 80 below is provided with a refrigerant inlet 71, and the bottom end is provided with a refrigerant outlet 72. The heat exchanger 60 is provided with a receiver tank 100 which is provided side by side with a refrigerant inlet 101 at its top end and a refrigerant outlet 102 at its bottom end. The refrigerant outlet 72 of the condenser 70 and the refrigerant inlet 101 of the receiver tank 100 are connected with each other by a first refrigerant pipe 210, and also the refrigerant outlet 102 of the receiver tank 100 and the refrigerant inlet 81 of the sub cool part 80 are connected with each other by a second refrigerant pipe 220.
