PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the relative positioning of storage tool or an intake head in the case where articles are mounted and/or stored by comparatively easy operation. SOLUTION: In a lifting device, particularly, a pallet device 10, a supporting element formed separately for a lifting head 43, i.e., a rotatably supporting arm is mounted on a rotatable arm 19 and mounted in an operationally rotatable mount 42 provided on its free end, and a lifting head 43 is rotatably mounted on the free end. Thereby, the rotatable movement of the lifting head 43 is carried out, preferably, by an operating cylinder having positions for two end parts.
