PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a book easily readable in the case of reading the book by horizontally lying down by double describing sentences of the same contents on opened both right and left pages. SOLUTION: The same sentences 2 and pictures 3 are double described on opened both right and left pages of a book body 1. In this case, the same contents are described and printed on the opened right and left pages spread. Thus, even in the case of reading the book by horizontally lying down, the book is held by one hand with the other hand releasing freely, and the page to be easily readable of the opened two-page spread is read and hence can be easily read without difficulty.
