PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a problem which has been dealt by lowering a tea leaf- storing capacity and reducing the thickness of the layer of the stored raw tea leaves, because the raised temperature of the raw tea leaves can not be lowered only with cold wind from the lower side of an endless belt, when an ambient component rises. SOLUTION: A raw tea leaf container 3 prepared by disposing an air- permeable endless carrying belt 4 on the bottom surface, both side walls 6 and a rear wall 7 on the endless carrying belt, and further air blowing means 5 on the bottom surface, respectively, is set to a lower place that a floor surface to which a machine for a tea leaf-rubbing process for preparing an unrefined tea is set. Thereby, the raw tea leaves are hardly scorched, and the metal loads of a worker can be reduced, because the raw tea leaf-observation of the worker is easy.
