PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multilayered glass having a decreased number of parts, excellent productivity and a single sealed structure without requiring ageing, by forming one body of a spacer and a frame in which the peripheral part of glass can be fitted and by not filling the spacer with a drying agent. SOLUTION: Plural glass sheets are disposed in the thickness direction with a spacer 5 interposed, and the space formed between the peripheral part of the spacer 5 and plural glass sheets is filled with a sealing material in which a drying agent is preliminarily kneaded. The spacer 5 and the frame 3 in which the peripheral part of the glass can be fitted are formed into one body, and the spacer 5 is not filled with a drying agent as a single state. As for the drying agent, zeolite, silica gel and alumina are preferably used. Preferably the sealing material contains the following satd. hydrocarbon polymers. The polymers have at least one hydrolyzable group at the molecular chain end bonded to silicon atoms which can be crosslinked by forming siloxane bonds, and have 500 to 30000 mol.wt. (preferably isobutylene-based polymers).
