PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter control method which is capable of realizing reduction of facilities cost, loss and maintenance cost of facilities for controlling frequency variation, due to active power and reactive power with an inverter and power storage device. SOLUTION: In a method of controlling an inverter with power storage device for controlling the frequency variation of the system by sharing with a diesel power generator forming the commercial power supply in a hybrid power supply system, in which the wind power generation system including large variation of active power or reactive power is related to the small capacity commercial power supply, the active power command value of inverter is generated by detecting variation of active power of the wind power generation system and extracting a short period element from variation of active power with a high-frequency filter, which has a cut-off frequency fp divided out the cutoff frequency fg of a governor characteristic G of the power generator configuring the commercial power supply. |
