<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the controllability of temp. lowering technique of a furnace top gas by effectively spraying water to the furnace top gas in a blast furnace. SOLUTION: Vertical type water spraying lances 13a are arranged near just below a rising tube 7a for a furnace top gas and near the inner peripheral wall of a furnace opening part and spray water 14 is jetted in a space zone from the downward direction along the neighborhood of a furnace wall part to the downward direction at a furnace center part side. Beforehand, the temp. of the gas sucked into the each rising tube is measured and the spray water quantity from the vertical type water spraying lance 13a near the rising tube at the corresponding gas temp., is adjusted according to this temp. The water only from the vertical type water spraying lance 13a near the rising tube at an abnormally high temp. gas can spray in priority. The generation of the bias flow of the high temp. gas in the furnace is eliminated, the rising of the furnace top gas temp. at the time of operating pulverized fine coal blowing at high unit consumption, is efficiently lowered and the controllability is improved.</p> |
