PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively evaluate the soleness in numbers by using a function having, as a variable, the numerical value obtained by measuring the electric resistance of a plurality of resistors and digitally converting the measured values, and performing locking and unlocking by using the numerical value obtained from the function. SOLUTION: A plurality of strain gauges 1 used as resistors are connected to a measuring instrument 3 through a connector 2, and an AD converter 4 digitally converts the measured value of electric resistance or strain direct read value and outputs the result to a computer 5. A function having the measured value as a variable is preliminarily inputted to the computer 5, and a specified numerical value SN is obtained by function processing. The function- processed numerical value SN is determined every fixed time, and when the numerical value SN (i+1) is differed from the previous numerical value SN (i), an alarm is given, whereby a security system can be constructed. Since the electric resistance values of the strain gauges 1 are independently differed even if they are manufactured with the same rod, the measured value has the soleness, and the numerical value obtained by functionally converting the measured value can also have the soleness.
