PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for accurately measuring the degree of a soft contact lens. SOLUTION: A hard lens 11 whose outer diameter coincides with the base curve of a soft contact lens and whose optical parameters are known is combined with a soft contact lens 12, thus measuring the degree of the combination lens. The degree of the soft contact lens is calculated from the measured degree. In this configuration, the soft contact lens is deflected on measurement and fits the outer diameter of the hard lens, thus always maintaining state on the measurement of the soft contact lens constantly and accurately obtaining the degree.
