PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall repairing construction method in which construction is easy, in which cost is low, and in which generation of industrial waste can be restricted to the utmost. SOLUTION: This method is provided with a stage of applying spacer members 16 of synthetic resin having a specified thickness to outer wall members 14 to be repaired, and a stage of applying a new outer wall members 20 to the outer wall members 14 on which the spacer members 16 are applied. The spacer member 16 is provided with a front surface element 16a and a back surface element 16b disposed at a specified interval from each other, and for forming plural ventilation holes 18 extended in a vertical direction by the front surface element 16a and the back surface element 16b, they are connected to each other by plural connection elements 16c to be extended in the vertical direction at a specified interval from each other.
