BIODEGRADABLE NURSERY CONTAINER AND MOLDING OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursery container set at least a part of the container body to rapidly biodegrade after transplantation to soil allowing not disturbing the growth of a nursery root. SOLUTION: The container molded from a material comprising paper fiber incorporated with starch and polyvinyl alcohol, has thin parts of 0.05 to 0.50 mm thickness made on the side wall 2 and the bottom 3 of the container body 1 at the ratio of 5 to 30% of the surface area to the surface of the container body 1 setting the container to easily collapse by biodegradation in the soil.
