PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reproducibility of dots in a highlight part. SOLUTION: A binarizing part 3 compares correction data Dxy with threshold T to binarize it and sets a flag FLG after making binarized data Oxy=1, when the data Dxy is the threshold T or more. When the data Dxy is smaller than the threshold T, a flag FLG that is set when a pixel before the current attentional pixel is processed is referred to, when FLG=0, it is made so that the data Oxy=0 and meanwhile, when FLG=1, the flag FLG is reset, after has been set that the data Oxy=1.
