PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector locking mechanism capable of preventing the imperfect fitting of a pair of connectors and capable of easily separating both the connectors. SOLUTION: A connector locking mechanism 100 is provided with a flexible elastic piece 18, capable of being bent for displacement in a displacing direction integrally with a flexible arm 15 for pushing a female connector 20 at fitting of a male connector 10 in the female connector 20. The locking mechanism 100 is also provided with an push-out guide surface 26 for abutting on the flexible elastic piece 18 and for applying a part of the reaction force applied from the flexible elastic piece 18 to the male connector 10 to energize the male connector 10 in a direction of separating the male connector 10 from the female connector 20. The locking mechanism 100 is also provided with a guide surface 28 for guiding an engaging projection 19 of the flexible elastic piece 18 from a stage difference surface 27 as an engagement part onto the push-out guide surface 26 so as to release the engagement condition, when the flexible elastic piece 18 is bent for displacement together with the flexible arm 15.
