HIGH CRYSTAL SILVER PARTICLE, ITS PRODUCTION AND CONDUCTOR PASTE CONSISTING OF HIGH CRYSTAL SILVER PARTICLE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high crystal silver particles and a producing method of the particles in which the high crystal silver particles consists of single crystals or quasi-crystals of a large size in 2 to 4μm range, and to provide a silver film conductor hardly causing shrinkage or interlayer peeling during calcining when preparing a thick film paste from the particles. SOLUTION: The high crystal silver particles consist of single crystals and quasi-crystals of a large size in 2 to 4μm range. The particles are produced by mixing and reacting a silver nitrate aq. soln. with a liquid prepared by adding acrylic acid monomers to an L-ascorbic acid aq. soln. so as to crystallize. The conductor paste consists of the high crystal silver particles.
