PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label for in-mold formation which is a label formed by using an unstretched plastic film to lessen the deformation of a bottle at the time of bottle formation, is free from the problem of the drop-out of printing at the time of forming a printing layer and curls less. SOLUTION: This label for in-mold formation is formed by blanking a laminated material formed by laminating a front surface film 1 which consists of the unstretched plastic film or stretched plastic film provided with the printing layer 2 on the rear surface and a supporting film 3 which consists of the unstretched plastic film provided with an adhesive layer 4 on the rear surface and has the thickness equal to or above the thickness of the front surface film 1 via the adhesive layer 5 to a prescribed shape.
