PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts pick-out device and its pick-out method for a building unit which can improve production efficiency by reducing a quantity of pick-out code to be set. SOLUTION: This device is a parts pick-out device for a building unit 1 which is provided with a storage means 2 and a memory 5 for storing in advance a parts code of parts to be packaged inside a building unit 151 or the like, a control circuit 8 and a reading circuit 3 as parts pick-out means for picking-out the parts needed for an architectural plan on the basis of the stored parts code G1 or the like. The parts codes are given to each building unit, which is made to store them, by splitting the inside of the building unit 151 and the like into area sectors, and dividing the parts code into a parts menu code of the area sector where the parts exist and a general part code of the area sector where the parts do not exist.
