PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve vibration resistance, noise resistance and durability of a floor by installing a ligneous partition material in the lower cutout-shaped part formed on the reverse side edge of a cement plate, and fixing the cement plate to a frame through this partition material. SOLUTION: A floor panel F is composed of a frame 2 and a cement plate 3. A partition material 6 installed in the lower cutout-shaped part 4 formed on the reverse side edge of the cement plate 3 is positioned on vertical frame materials 11A, 11B of the frame 2 to fix the cement plate 3 to the frame 2. They are also firmly fixed so as not to cause shearing dislocation by using a fixing tool such as a machine screw and a nail or an adhesive and also jointly using these. The frame 2 can be stably installed by restraining positional dislocation since the cement plate 3 and the ligeneous partition material 6 having a comparatively large friction coefficient are interposed. Thus, looseness is reduced, the occurrence of shearing dislocation can be restrained, stress skin performance is enhanced, rigidity of the whole floor is maintained, and vibration resistance, noise resistance and durability of a floor can be improved.
