PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the connection to an inlet pipe of an auxiliary pipe and a manhole as flexible structure or make the bearing itself of the auxiliary pipe as flexible structure to prevent the damage in a joint part and the inlet pipe of the auxiliary pipe with the earth pressure. SOLUTION: An inlet pipe 2 and an auxiliary pipe 1 branched downward from the inlet pipe 2 are connected to the side of a manhole 3, and a plurality of blocks 8 and 9 divided in the vertical direction in order to protect the auxiliary pipe 1 by surrounding it from the circumference thereof are provided sideways. In that case, both joint ends 13 and 14 of the auxiliary pipe 1 are connected to the inlet pipe 2 and the side of the manhole 3 respectively through joint members 4 and 5 having flexibility. A plurality of blocks 8 and 9 are arranged in a state to have an interval from the circumferential surface of the auxiliary pipe 1, and a filling layer 10 of a solid particle 102 having water permeability in that interval is formed.
