PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain gutter, which can be installed easily to the interchange, junction, a medial strip, etc., of an expressway rapidly and safely and in which construction cost can also be reduced. SOLUTION: The drain-gutter block A is laid on one side of a road 12, in which a draining paving layer 11 is laminated on an asphalt pavement 10. A cylindrical drain-gutter block body 17 with a flat hollow cross section is molded integrally by a plate-shaped bottom section 13, sidewall sections 14, 15 disposed in upright on both side sections of the bottom section 13 and a plate-shaped ceiling section 16 connecting the mutual upper sections of the sidewall sections 14, 15, and openings 19, 20 communicating the draining paving layer 11 and a water way 18 in the drain-gutter block body 17 at that time.
