<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut form printer for forming a cut form having an extremely good file containability while conserving its energy without using a photograph, an adhesive or the like at all. SOLUTION: The cut form printer comprises a cut form input unit 3 for inputting a cut form to be printed and given by at least individual management information according to individuals based on a print command, a management number reader 4 for reading a management number given to the form input by the unit 3, a controller 8 for managing individual specific character information and a face mage to be printed on the form relative to the individual number, collating the number read by the reader 4 with the managed number and deciding whether the form is printed or not, and a character and photograph printing unit 5 for printing the individual information and the image on the form input by the unit 3 according to the decided result of the controller 8 whether or not to print or stopping printing of the information and the image on the form.</p> |
