PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a processing agent composition container by which the stopper opening and the preparation of replenisher are smoothly performed when it is attached to an automatic developing machine, which is excellent in the easiness and the safety of developing work and which can be recycled, and a housing case therefor and a photographic processing agent cartridge constituted by integrating the container and the case. SOLUTION: A mouth part position fixing projection part 411 is provided at the mouth part position of the container 403, and a neck part space securing projection part 412 is provided at the neck part position of the container 403. As for the housing case 420, the minor axis (p) of an aperture part 425 provided on the top surface of the case 420 is set shorter than length twice as long as the distance (s) between the edge part of the projection part 412 most distant from a neck part center axis (h) and the center axis (h).
